How to use:

Warm the bar between your hands. Massage it gently into your hands, it’s also great for elbows and feet, using sparingly, focusing on dry areas. Use as often as needed, especially after washing hands or exposure to harsh elements.

After two or three uses you’ll get to know exactly how you prefer to use it. It’s very rich, so a little goes a long way. Some customers prefer to use it at night, some in the morning. Try it and see.
