Shipping within Britain:

Delivery cost is £4 and Free on orders over £50

All parcels under 2kg are sent by Royal Mail First Class. Larger parcels may be sent with other couriers.

Other countries

Import Duty

If you order products from my website for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note I have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. I will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

I aim to dispatch all orders on the same day or the following day. However, some orders may take up to five working days (or more) to be dispatched.

I post all of UK orders via Royal Mail 1st Class anywhere in the United Kingdom, with the exception of Jersey and Guernsey Islands, military addresses (BFPO) and Gibraltar.

For UK orders, please note, once your order package has left our premises it is the responsibility of the Royal Mail to deliver it to the address provided. I cannot be responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail.

When your order has been processed you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number.

UK orders posted via Royal Mail 1st Class usually arrive within 1 - 3 days of being posted.

UK missing packages can be investigated by Royal Mail after 15 working days have passed from the posting date. For this period I am unable to offer you a refund or replacement.

EU and International orders are posted via Royal Mail Tracked or Tracked and Signed Small Parcel service.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of your parcel. You can track your parcel via Royal Mail website or via your national post website. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available online.

European parcels usually arrive after 10 - 15 days of posting.

Parcels sent to the rest of the world usually arrive in your country within 10 - 15 days.

Please be aware that once your order package has left my premises, it is the responsibility of Royal Mail and your national postal service to deliver it to the address provided.

Delivery times are not guaranteed, and international orders can often take longer than the 5-7 working days stated by Royal Mail. Please check your parcel isn’t at the sorting office, or with a neighbour waiting to be collected.

European missing parcels can be investigated by the Royal Mail only after 20 working days have passed.

The rest of the world missing parcels can be investigated by the Royal Mail only after 60 working days have passed.

Finest Yarns unable to provide refunds or replacement for this period.
I cannot be responsible for missing parcels if the customer provided an incorrect address.

For those orders that I will receive from the Royal Mail with a status 'undelivered', I provide an option to have that order be resent. However, you will be additionally charged full postage price if the reason for return is 'order has not been collected from the sorting office' or 'the wrong address has been provided.

Returns

I will do all we can to make you happy with your order. If you are not happy with part or all of your order and wish to return anything, please email us (finestyarns@gmail.com) within 14 days of receiving your order. Goods must be in original condition and packaging. Postage cannot be refunded.
